Las Conchudas & El Jardín de Vulvas — Buenos Aires

 

Las Conchudas & El Jardín de Vulvas had two editions in Buenos Aires, created and organized with a group of artist friends as a playful space to talk about sexuality, femininity, and our bodies without whispering.Through collage, art, conversation, and a small fair of handmade products, we invited women and trans women to find more open, funny, and unexpected ways of connecting with one another. Of course, creating a space for communication also challenged us to rethink how we communicate, who we include, and how we listen.More than twenty artists participated, each approaching the same wonderfully complicated subject from a different perspective: the vulva.

 

Part exhibition, part gathering, part experiment—and definitely not your grandmother’s garden.
